NOTE: Carrie’s practice is now located at Sauble Beach, ON, and she currently has a waiting list for new clients.

Carrie offers free introductory sessions, either in-person, phone or online via Zoom. Those sessions typically run 20-30 minutes, and Carrie will share the services and support she can offer, answer any questions you may have, and - importantly! - give you the opportunity to see if you feel there is a good “fit” between she and you in support of your goals and healing journey. SESSIONS & FEES: Effective June 1, 2026 individual psychotherapy session fees are $160 for a session hour (60 minutes). 90-minute sessions are available at $240. For the periods in which Group Therapy Circles are offered/available, the fee is $50 per week for a 10, 12 or 13-week cycle (seasonal-dependent). Participants in Group Circles must commit to attending the full session cycle and payment for group cycle is made in advance. Payment plans for group available, please inquire before signing up.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if an appointment is missed due to oversight, the full session fee will be charged to the client. Exceptions are made for illness or emergency. Psychotherapy services provided by private practitioners are not covered by OHIP. They may be covered by your work’s extended group insurance plan benefits. They also qualify for submission to CRA as tax-deductible medical expense.
